SOURCING AND CLEANING
We start by sourcing polymer waste from various industries. This waste material is meticulously cleaned and processed to ensure it is free of contaminants and ready for the next stage.

QUARTZ SAND INTEGRATION AND SPECIAL ADDITIVES
Next, we map and blend quartz sand with the cleaned polymer waste. Special additives are included in this mixture to enhance the stability and appearance of the final product. SPECIALIZED EXTRUSION
The mixture of polymer waste, quartz sand, and special additives is then fed into our state-of-the-art extrusion machine. This process thoroughly combines the materials and prepares them for molding.

PRECISION MOLDING
Finally, the extruded material is subjected to precision molding. This step involves compressing the material into our specially designed molds to create a range of beautiful and functional outdoor products.
