Legal Terms and Conditions for Business Customers Requesting a Free Sample


1. General Terms

1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the offer of a free sample ("Sample") by DOMULS TOO ("Company") to business customers ("Customer").

1.2 By requesting a Sample, the Customer agrees to these Terms. If the Customer does not agree to these Terms, they should not request a Sample.


2. Requesting a Sample

2.1 The Sample is provided free of charge; however, the Customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with delivering the Sample.

2.2 Shipping costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the Customer's location and shipping preferences.


3. Payment of Shipping Costs

3.1 The Customer agrees to pay the shipping costs as communicated by the Company.

3.2 Payment terms for shipping costs will be arranged individually between the Customer and the Company.

3.3 The Company will not ship the Sample until the shipping costs have been paid in full by the Customer.


4. Delivery of the Sample

4.1 The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure the Sample is delivered to the Customer promptly after the shipping costs have been paid.
4.2 Delivery times may vary based on the Customer's location and shipping method chosen.

4.3 The Company is not responsible for any delays or issues with delivery once the Sample has been handed over to the shipping provider.


5. Right to Refuse

5.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse to send the Sample to any Customer at its sole discretion.

5.2 In the event the Company decides not to send the Sample, any shipping costs paid by the Customer will be refunded in full.


6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 The Company is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Sample by the Customer.

6.2 The Sample is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.


7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Applicable Jurisdiction].

7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Applicable Jurisdiction].


8. Amendments
